Production of Products

The clothes and shoes are produced in two small fair-trade artisan factories in Mexico. The shoes, clothes and accessories like the pompons are all handmade.
We do small-scale productions. This allows us to take extra care of the quality of the product
 
Which Shipping Options are available and what are the Shipping Fees?
Your order will be delivered by MexPost / USPS
 
On checkout you will be presented with one or more shipping methods to your chosen shipping address. Availability of shipping methods vary from country to country. At the same time, you will be presented with:

The approximate delivery time

Once you choose your shipping method, the shipping costs will be added to the total price.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays in the shipping of the product. The approximate delivery time presented to you at checkout is the time between shipping the product from our premises to the moment the product arrives to your shipping address. Any delays of that shipping time is beyond our control and you acknowledge that we have no responsibility for such delays.
 
You are solely responsible for paying import-related taxes and tariffs in the country of delivery. The shipping does not pay for such taxes and tariffs. You are solely responsible for paying for them should the national, state, or local authorities require so.

Orders & Payments:

Your payments will be processed by Stripe and Paypal.

We don’t have access nor process your credit card information. Only Stripe and Paypal have access to such data. Our website serves only as a bridge between you and Stripe and Paypal.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information and for updating inaccurate or outdated payment information. We are not responsible for any consequences arising as a result of your provision of inaccurate payment information.
 
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once your return has been accepted by El Llamafante according to our Returns Policy, your refund will be issued promptly via your original payment method.
It can take up to 5 business days.

We will notify you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account, depending on the bank or payment providers processing times.
Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
 
Can I modify my shipping address?
Please send an E-Mail to info@el-llamafante.com on the same day of your order.
 
How can I track my order status?
You will receive an E-Mail with a tracking number.
